Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 500 customers with 30,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.
Key Tasks
  • Coordinate and facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, retrospectives, release planning, demos and other related meetings
  • Track the team's progress (burn down, velocity and release forecast) and present reports (product backlog, sprint backlog, burn down charts) 
  • Coach team to continuously improve performance and using a standard set of tools 
  • Support with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition
  • Provide sustainable flow of Information between product management, team and customer
  • Budget controlling owner
Key Qualifications
  • Knowledge and proven experience in managing complex products using Agile/Scrum methodology (Jira, Confluence) 
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (C++, Java) 
  • Experienced with team management methodologies 
  • Scrum Master Certification would be a plus 
  • Very good English skills, German is advantageous
