Job Introduction

Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 500 customers with 30,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

Key Tasks

Performing audits within the Group
Preparation of evaluations and audit reports in German and English as well as monitoring of measures
Execution of audit projects in Austria and in the foreign branches, considering the applicable laws and internal guidelines of the Group
Audit and assessment of the internal control and information systems for efficiency, functionality and reliability
Identification of potential for improvement and development of targeted recommendations
Continuous improvement of existing standards and development of innovative audit approaches

Key Qualifications

Academic education (university, FH) in business administration or law, ideally focus on auditing and law
Several years of professional experience in the field of auditing and/or internal audit and ideally experience in the area of compliance
Good knowledge of SAP R/3, as well as sound knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint
Strong analytical skills, conceptual and entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to present complex issues in a clear and understandable way
Strong initiative, high assertiveness, good communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 10%
