Job Introduction
Frequentis USA designs and manufactures Air Traffic Control, Conferencing Control, and Command and Control Voice & Data Switching System products for Federal Aviation Administration, NASA, U.S. Department of Defense, and International Military and Civil customers. The Frequentis group with headquarters is based in Vienna, Austria.
Key Tasks
• Supports all aspects of the contracting process, including Request for Proposal (RFP) review and assessment, proposal preparation, modifications/changes, dispute resolution, and performance. 
• Negotiates and administers contracts and subcontracts in accordance with federal government contracting rules and regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements, FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) regulations and state    procurement laws. 
• Negotiates and administers a variety of domestic, international, and commercial agreements, including, but not limited to, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and teaming agreements. 
• Negotiates software licensing agreement terms with supplier and customers. • Assesses compliance with contract terms and conditions. 
• Supports Program Managers in contractual & legal matters. 
• Updates standard terms and conditions and agreement templates working with corporate and external legal representatives. 
• Serves as the contracts point of contact for government customers and other contractual business partners. 
• Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
• 4-year college degree required; Law degree preferred. 
• 10+ years of hands-on experience handling complex U.S. Government and international contract negotiation and administration in a manufacturing environment. 
• Expert knowledge of U.S. Government contracting rules and regulations (FAR/DFAR/AMS). 
• Experience with subcontracts negotiation and administration • Experience negotiating software license terms with customers and vendors 
• Working knowledge of U.S. export regulations (ITAR/EAR) is a plus • Familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Code. 
• FAA experience a plus • CFCM or CPCM certifications is a plus. 
• Experience in Compliance Management is a plus. 
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
