- Coordination and execution of troubleshooting and error analysis
- Planning, testing and implementation of software upgrades in live operation
- Scheduling and technical handling of changes and upgrades to existing systems
- Cooperation in ongoing product improvement/customer solution improvement in relation to the operational requirements of each customer
- Contact for customers in technical 3rd level/vendor matters
- Coordination of development deliveries of product development
- Technical training with IT or telecommunications focus
- Approx. 3 years professional experience (3rd level support, service engineering, system engineering)
- Very good overview of IT landscapes (e.g. databases, Linux servers, networks, VoIP, distributed systems)
- Analytical skills and high problem-solving competence
- Willingness to travel for approx. 40 days per year
- Passion for technical advice and the close cooperation with the customer is an advantage
