Customer Support Engineer - Aeronautical Information Management (EAD&WFM)

- Receive, document, reproduce, analyse and solve incidents reported by the customers, according to the Service Level Agreements
- Root cause analysis
- Documentation of known errors for 1st Level Support
- Interface with multiple product teams for low level investigations
- Maintain knowledge base up to date
- Apply the specific customer support processes defined in the EAD program
- Contribute to the verification and validation of provided product patches and releases during the Frequentis specific testing cycles
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tier 2 customer support roles
- Aptitude for analytics and troubleshooting
- Aptitude for being patient till all details of a customer report are clarified
- Motivation for software testing
- Experience (2+ years) with Software Requirements and the corresponding testcases
- Experience (2+ years) with managing Problem Reports and their tracing
- Capable to read/understand problem reports and interpret log files
- Team player
- Experience with Jira for ticket management
- Good English knowledge, both written and verbally
- Knowledge with SQL databases
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON
