- Develop successful sales projects among others in the South East Asia region to ensure order intake
- Design, drive and implement winning strategies for multi million deals
- Manage and coordinate multinational FREQUENTIS capture teams
- Shape deals to maximize the probability to win the project (costs, feasibility, customer requirements)
- Lead the offer preparation team to match customer requirements and product strategy
- first experience in IT/SW sales activities in an international environment
- Field proven experience in negotiations of complex business solutions with public authorities
- Intercultural understanding and a keen interest in understanding and shaping customer's needs
- Goal-oriented personality with a talent for managing yourself and others
- High willingness to travel, excellent written/spoken English and German
