DPO Compliance Manager (all genders)
- Group-wide coordination and planning of activities to obtain and maintain approval as a development and manufacturing organization in the field of air traffic management (ATM) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1769
- Support and advice for process teams in adapting their processes
- Cross-location advice and assistance for operational product areas in setting up and maintaining compliance programs.
- Point of contact (PoC) for EASA, customers, and national supervisory authorities
- University degree in science/technology, preferably in information technology, or comparable long-term professional experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience and very good knowledge of project management or quality management
- Experience in the technical management of interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills in German and English, as well as the ability to work independently
- Experience with company and product certifications, ideally experience with processes for approval as a development and manufacturing company in the aviation sector (preferably ground systems) is desirable
- Willingness to travel <5% (mainly Europe)
