- Proactively driving sales activities, together with Regional Sales Units, to deliver the order intake target
- Designing and implementing strategic sales plans for our key markets and target accounts
- Capturing and closing deals as Pursuit Responsible, with support by bid managers, Product Manager and engineering.
- Understanding customers’ commercial, operational, and technological challenges and opportunities with support from our Solutions Consultant
- Building and maintaining a network of relationships with customers, local partners and other key stakeholders in the aviation community
- Maintaining an up-to-date status reporting in our CRM and reporting to relevant internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with company processes and policies
- Willingness to travel worldwide (30%)
- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Management or Marketing & Sales
- 3 years of experience of complex technical product sales and regulated public procurement rules in aviation, defense or public infrastructure
- Outstanding customer relationship skills
- Demonstrated track record as negotiator and deal closer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
- Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product know-how at all stages and client situations
- Profound knowledge of the global ATM and surveillance market
