HR Generalist - Recruiting (all genders)

- You will design all recruiting activities in close cooperation with specialists and managers and actively contribute your ideas for new ways of recruiting
- You develop concepts and organise innovative personnel marketing measures (e.g. recruiting events, trade fairs, employer branding)
- You are the contact person for employees and managers on all personnel-related issues. Inparticular, you will look after our trainees and students
- You accompany personnel changes and implement individual personnel measures
- You will work constructively with the works council and other departments
- You will draw up contracts, references and certificates and take on general administrative tasks
- You have completed commercial vocational training or a university degree in economics with a focus on human resources
- You have professional experience in a comparable position in operational HR management
- You are a personality with excellent communication skills and have a high service orientation
- You have knowledge of modern recruiting trends and the motivation to develop them further
- You like to take responsibility and work independently
- Ideally, you have an educational qualification
- Good language skills in English round off your profile
