Job Introduction

Key Tasks

Analysis of complex international tenders and participation in bid strategies for IT system solutions in the field of air traffic control
Management and coordination of the tender team, including the definition and tracking of work packages for specialist departments and the monitoring of tender-relevant deadlines
Carrying out price reconciliations and overall calculations, as well as preparing reports and presentations as a basis for management decisions

Key Qualifications

Completed studies in business administration, economics or comparable training
Excellent IT skills, especially in MS Office products
Sound knowledge of project management and commercial matters
Strong analytical thinking skills, structured way of working and strong teamwork skills
Very good written and spoken English skills
Additional language skills (e.g. French, Spanish) are desirable but not essential
