System Engineer ATM Systems (all genders)
- Design, develop, and integrate advanced ATM systems, ensuring that all components work seamlessly to meet performance and safety standards
- Gather, analyze, and document system requirements, interface specifications, and design protocols, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with software, hardware, and operational teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs and maintain overall system reliability
- Lead rigorous testing, system integration, and validation processes to guarantee that solutions perform safely and efficiently under various operational scenarios
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and drive iterative enhancements to ensure long-term system performance and compliance
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Air Traffic Management systems and the regulatory landscape, providing a solid foundation for innovative system development
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a track record of resolving complex technical challenges and optimizing system performance in safety-critical environments
- Expertise in systems engineering tools and technologies that streamline the development lifecycle
- Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective teamwork
