Team Lead Offer Management (all genders)
- You provide both technical and managerial leadership to the Offer Management Team and will serve as the primary point of contact for motivating, developing, and supporting the team, thereby actively fostering an attractive corporate culture.
- In this role, you will lead and develop your employees in accordance with Frequentis’ leadership philosophy, ensure the organization runs smoothly, and resolve scheduling and resource conflicts.
- You will provide technical support for cross-functional activities and support group-wide integration initiatives.
- You will analyze requests for proposals and develop bid strategies, business cases, and competitor analyses in collaboration with the sales team.
- You will define work packages, assign them to the relevant functional departments, and be responsible for tracking their progress.
- You conduct price negotiations and overall cost calculations and are responsible for risk management and reporting as part of the bid preparation process.
- You solicit bids and maintain contacts with suppliers and partner companies.
- You also maintain contact with the client during the bidding period in coordination with the sales team.
- You develop bid presentations and deliver them.
- You hold a degree in engineering or business administration.
- You are an experienced, solution-oriented, communicative, and assertive leader who motivates your team to achieve peak performance.
- You have a very good understanding of the Frequentis Group’s operations, particularly with regard to process design and methodology.
- At least 4 years of operational experience as an Offer Manager in a technical environment, preferably at an IT systems provider.
- Excellent business acumen, methodological skills, and organizational abilities.
- Initial experience in the technical or disciplinary leadership of high-performance teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of another foreign language would be desirable, e.g., French or Spanish.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as experience working with CRM systems.
