Team Lead Project Management (all genders)
- You have disciplinary and, in particular, technical management responsibility for the PM team, and at the same time you are responsible for the realization of complex customer projects
- You are the first point of contact for the motivation, development and support of the team and ensure the methods and tools for optimal project and resource planning
- In this role, you will lead and develop your employees in accordance with the Frequentis understanding of leadership, ensure a functioning organization, and clarify scheduling and resource conflicts
- You will continuously analyze the internal operational project handling processes and initiate optimization measures as needed
- You support the interface activities from the technical side and support group-wide integration initiatives.
- You moderate & organize internal Steecos and act as a representative of the Head of PMO (e.g. moderation of the PM Board).TEAMS, Delivery Bid Mgr)
- You have a degree in: industrial engineering, electro engineering or business administration
- You can look back on several years of professional experience as a PM in an international environment
- You have extended knowledge of internal processes: Project controlling, resource planning, project execution
- You are business fluent in English and French
- You are a determined personality with strong analytical and planning skills, coupled with a structured way of working
- You are a confident leader who excels in assertiveness and motivates your team to top performance
- Optimally, you have experience in the aviation sector
