- Your team is responsible for creating the system designs of all customer systems in the area of Air Traffic Management (ATM) Engineering throughout their lifecycle. In addition, the team is responsible for the technical implementation in the projects.
- You have the disciplinary and technical leadership responsibility and are the first point of contact in the motivation, development and support of the team.
- You will ensure optimal and cost-oriented resource planning within the team to support projects and/or development work within the agreed cost, quality and time frame.
- You ensure communication within and across the team.
- You implement and refine requirements engineering best practices with your team for the execution of the team's tasks
- You have completed a technical degree or comparable training and have already gained several years of professional experience in the field.
- You are a confident leader who is characterized by assertiveness and motivates your team to top performance.
- You complement your technical know-how with business knowledge and think and act entrepreneurially.
- We expect you to have a very good command of English and an interest in customer contacts.
- You convince as a goal-oriented personality with strong analytical and planning skills, paired with a structured way of working.
- The job may require occasional worldwide travel.
