ATM/VCS Project Manager Maintenance (Service Manager) (f/m/d)
- Ensure service management and project management for clients located in France and the Netherlands (Maastricht),
- Supervise resources, budgets, and tasks,
- Draft and submit internal and external reports,
- Manage and resolve issues in time in coordination with support and development engineers,
- Manage relationships with customers, partners, and subcontractors,
- Analyse requests for system upgrades or extensions, organise their technical analysis, and prepare offers with the offer departments based on existing framework contracts,
- Help identify possible optimisations,
- Develop service, lifecycle management, and service sales strategies,
- You have an engineering degree (Bac+5 / Masters), ideally in IT or telecommunications
- You have a good base of general computer skills
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in the management of international service/IT/telecom projects
- You can draft documents in French and English
- You can easily communicate with and work within a multidisciplinary international team
- Experience in testing or deployment on customer sites of critical systems is desirable
- Networking and VoIP experience is desirable
- Experience in the field of service provider is a plus
- Knowledge of air traffic control is a major plus
- Organisation, independence, reliability, ability to manage priorities, and sense of initiative are required
- Working language: Fluent French / Advanced English; German would be a plus
- Willing to regularly travel around France and to the Netherlands and Austria
