Job Introduction

The primary focus of this role is to identify, attract, and hire top talent for software development, testing, and engineering positions. In addition to leading recruitment efforts, the role also supports onboarding processes, contributes to social media and employer branding initiatives, and participates in organizing corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities to enhance the company’s culture and visibility.

Key Tasks
  • Source and develop a talent pipeline for various software development, testing and engineering positions
  • Create or edit job descriptions and manage job announcements across all channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Career Portal)
  • Conduct initial interviews with the candidates and schedule technical interviews
  • Ensure that all candidates involved in the recruitment process have a positive experience, regardless of the outcome
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple junior programmes (e.g.: internship, trainee, bachelor’s degree, Erasmus programme)
  • Promote the company at job fairs and IT events
  • Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation, induction sessions, and orientation schedules.
  • Collect feedback from new employees to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms to showcase company culture, events, and employee success stories.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute CSR programs and events in line with the company’s values.
  • Engage employees in volunteer programs and community service initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the impact and effectiveness of CSR activities.


Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, complemented by a creative mindset - particularly valuable for social media content creation and communication tasks. 
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and the ability to quickly learn additional software applications (e.g., Applicant Tracking System, MS Visio), with added experience in managing social media platforms and utilizing basic photo and video editing tools
  • High level of resilience and ability to accept the setbacks while refocusing on tasks at hand
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
