Our team in Singapore is expanding and is searching for a Solution Consultant for our growing Air Traffic Management (ATM) Tower Automation business in Asia. In this role, you will work closely with the regional sales team as well as our domain experts in the Frequentis Group globally.

Organizing roadshows, requirement definition workshops and complex bid processes are also part of your comprehensive tasks, combining technical and commercial aspects.

Embedded in the local Singapore “Asia Hub” team, you will be familiar with the diversity of Asian cultures and business conduct, becoming part of this exciting regional growth story of Frequentis OneATM.

Key Tasks

Provide technical sales support to regional and international Air Traffic Management customers and partners, engaging with stakeholders across engineering, operational, and executive levels.
Lead evaluation and joint pursuit with regional sales teams and Frequentis management, participating in the creation of capture strategies to secure successful outcomes.
Organize and host workshops, meetings, and presentations both regionally and at Frequentis HQ, tailoring solution presentations and demos to capture customer needs and design solution concepts.
Ensure technical feasibility and cost transparency under competitive conditions to strategically position Frequentis Tower Automation in the market.
Process tenders, create technical specifications, and provide market feedback to contribute to the development of future products and solutions, while maintaining strong internal and external networks to promote continuous improvement and market presence.

Key Qualifications

Some experience in presales, technical sales, or solution consulting, with hands-on engineering experience.
Professional experience in Air Traffic Management, Airports, Surveillance, or similar safety-critical sectors in the aviation industry.
Preferred experience in ATM-operations and/or engineering, with knowledge in IT architecture and design, virtualization, and video technologies.
Skilled presenter and proactive organizer of demonstrations and workshops, with the ability to quickly establish connections with internal and external stakeholders.
Multicultural and travel-ready, with proficiency in English and an additional Asian language beneficial, willing to travel regionally and worldwide (>50%).
