Job Introduction
Bratislava-based FREQUENTIS Solutions & Services s. r. o. belongs to the Austrian FREQUENTIS Group (www.frequentis.com), specialized in mission-critical communication and IT solutions, e.g. in air traffic control, defense, public safety, public transport or maritime. Our mission critical solutions cover diverse areas, such as telephony and radio communication, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), incident and resource management, video surveillance and automatic video analytics. For our customers, we can manage service delivery across the whole value chain: Research & development, System delivery, Consulting & sales, Maintenance, and other services.

Who We Are Looking For?

We are looking for you, if: you are a talented DevOps Engineer who would like to build and lead a team of DevOps Engineers responsible for implementing and supporting our cutting-edge ATM products.
Key Tasks
  • Establish and lead a new team of DevOps Engineers​
  • Documentation and analysis of reported incidents and problems 
  • Design, implement and maintain automation solutions for deployment, configuration and verification of our products in the infrastructure 
  • Performing system audits 
  • Supporting Product Management with continuous product improvement based on experience gained / feedback from customers 
  • Supporting transition of delivery project to support phase as well as building up required know how to support handed over solutions 
  • Site acceptance with customers
Key Qualifications
Technical Skills and Knowledge
  • Practical experience with CI/CD, and automation to improve efficiency in day-to-day development 
  • Universal and comprehensive technical skills 
  • Profound knowledge and understanding of telecommunications, engineering, IT-infrastructure and IT-services, NT technologies
  • Professional experience in the following areas (mandatory): 
    • Build containters (Git, Jenkins) 
    • Automate deployment (Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes) 
    • Configure Log Agents 
    • OpenSearch (knowing Structure, Log Filter, Policies, building Dashboards) 
  • Skills considered as an advantage, but not disqualifying: Python, Bash, Ruby Zabbix, Postgres, RabbitMQ
