IT Project Manager
- Managing end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects in terms of scope, budget, timelines and quality
- Planning and coordinating project resources, work packages, milestones and project activities
- Acting as the main contact person for customers and managing customer communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and external partners involved in project delivery
- Monitoring project progress, project KPIs, risks and deadlines, including preparation of mitigation and contingency plans
- Managing project reporting, documentation and configuration management activities
- Supporting change request management and identifying additional business opportunities within ongoing projects
- Leading risk management activities and ensuring compliance with project management standards, processes and quality guidelines
- Supporting continuous improvement activities, including lessons learned and project feedback sessions
- Participating in selection and coordination of project staff and external service providers
- Cooperating with Sales on change request strategies and customer opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management or delivery management
- Experience with managing complex technical projects in an international environment
- Strong technical understanding combined with business and commercial awareness
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, reporting and risk management
- Experience with project management methodologies and PM tools
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, subcontractors and external partners
- Understanding of change request and configuration management processes
- Technical university degree or equivalent relevant experience
- English – proficient written and spoken communication
- Spanish and/or German language skills are considered an advantage
- University education (Bachelor's degree)
