Software Engineer
- Design, implement, and integrate backend services in modern C++ 17, C++23 and beyond), using asynchronous patterns and message-driven architectures
- Own features end-to-end: from concept, architecture, and design through implementation, integration, and release within a cross-functional team
- Write and maintain automated tests (unit tests, integration tests, and where appropriate fuzz tests) as a natural part of your development workflow
- Participate in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback, as part of a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility
- Work with relational databases, build tooling with CMake, and monitor system health through observability and telemetry
- Collaborate with teammates in agile ceremonies, refine requirements together, and make pragmatic trade-offs as a team
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and contribute to the quality infrastructure that ensures system reliability
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++17 and above, ideally C++20/23/26), with focus on writing well-structured, maintainable, and long-lasting software
- Experience building and maintaining microservice architectures Experience with asynchronous I/O programming (e.g. ASIO, event loops) and message-based communication
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as HTTP/2, WebSockets, AMQP, and SIP Experience with relational databases (MariaDB, SQLite)
- Experience with CMake as a build system and working with Clang/GCC toolchains
- Experience with containerization (Docker)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins) and static analysis tools (e.g. Coverity)
- Experience with code coverage tooling and performance profiling
- Experience with C++ testing frameworks (e.g. Google Test or comparable)
- Familiarity with sanitizers (AddressSanitizer, LeakSanitizer, UBSan)
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum)
