Key Tasks
• Oversee site requirement definition and readiness activities, coordinating inputs across internal engineering, program, and customer teams.
• Act as the primary interface for on-site customer representatives and stakeholders (e.g., airport management, local engineering, facility management), ensuring clear communication, coordination, and timely issue resolution.
• Conduct site surveys and develop site survey reports documenting existing conditions, constraints, interfaces, safety considerations, and action items required to support deployment.
• Oversee site preparation, construction, and installation activities, coordinating access, sequencing, logistics, and required permits/approvals in alignment with project requirements.
• Lead and coordinate the camera mast siting process, including evaluation of candidate locations, constructability constraints, stakeholder reviews, and documentation of siting decisions.
• Develop and maintain the site installation plan, including site-specific implementation processes and workflows, roles/responsibilities, dependencies, and readiness/exit criteria.
• Monitor and manage site deployment schedules; track progress against milestones, surface risks/issues, and provide regular status updates to the program team and customer stakeholders.
• Manage site-specific contractors and subcontractors, including scope coordination, daily/weekly planning, adherence to site rules, quality expectations, and closeout deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate site implementation risks; develop and track mitigation actions, escalation paths, and contingency plans to protect cost, schedule, and safety objectives.
• Own required site deliverable packages and ensure they are completed, version-controlled, and approved by the appropriate internal and customer stakeholders (e.g., site survey report package, installation/implementation plan package, camera mast siting package, and site risk/issue log).

Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) required in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Project/Program Management, or similar).
• 5+ years (7+ preferred)
• 5+ years (7+ preferred) of experience leading or coordinating site deployments/field implementations, construction/installation activities, and multi-party schedule execution (experience in aviation, ATC, or other safety-critical operational environments strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated experience installing/implementing equipment in an air traffic control environment (or similarly safety-critical environment) with an understanding of operational restrictions, access controls, work windows, safety practices, and coordination requirements.
• Experience working with FAA and/or airport stakeholders (engineering, facilities, operations, security, and management) and serving as an on-site customer-facing point of contact.
• Strong documentation and planning skills (e.g., site survey reports, installation plans, implementation workflows, schedule/status reporting, and risk/issue management).
• Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic), including periodic on-site support during survey, construction, installation, and cutover/acceptance activities.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an FAA-issued Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card to access FAA facilities and perform on-site responsibilities, in accordance with applicable federal identity proofing and credentialing requirements.
