Deputy Program Manager
- Deputy PM serves as the point of contact in the absence of the Program Manager and represent the team in status meetings, briefings, and reviews
- Part of team managing a complex, multi-disciplinary Program with the FAA
- Collaborates with the Program Manager to ensure contractual compliance, schedule adherence, and timely delivery of services and deliverables
- Assists the Program Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
- In the absence of the PM, the DPM shall be available to the customer and available during business hours
- Plans, manages, controls, and executes events under the program scope’s life cycle to ensure fulfillment of contract requirements and program objectives
- Manage status reports including weekly report to FAA on Program Activities
- Manage program scope’s risks, issues, and dependencies through proactive identification, mitigation, and communication
