Key Tasks
? Serve as the financial leader of the company, reporting directly to the President.
? Provide strategic financial oversight, guiding the company’s financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
? Lead the finance team, ensuring efficient operations and robust financial systems.
? Identify financial, project and business risks. Implement & monitor corrective actions on time & within budget to drive business performance and increase profitability.
? Collaborate with the Leadership Team to identify growth opportunities, develop viable business plans, and execute them effectively.
? Drive the digital transformation and optimization of financial processes, including the implementation of IT-based finance tools.
? Oversee financial and commercial aspects of the company’s Government contracts and business activities.
? Direct the annual budget, monthly rolling forecast procedures, financial commitments and obligations.
? Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to Executive Management and the Parent Company.
? Overseeing the monthly, quarterly, year-end close, and manage the financial audits.
? Analyze financial trends, costs, revenues, and obligations to support strategic decision-making and predict future performance.
? Oversight of earned value management.
? Participation in proposal activities, RFP reparation.
? Working out and implementation of tax strategies.
? Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
? Implement transfer pricing rules incl documentation.
? Treasury activities and cash management.
? Managing invoicing on time and in alignment with milestone completion to optimize liquidity.
? Liaise with auditors, tax and Governmental authorities, legal advisors, tax advisors and banks.
? Ownership of financial systems and compliance with group policy.
? Define and maintain accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives.
? Creates business plans, financial models to support strategic decision making.
? Digital transformation and process optimization along the entire financial, accounting, cost accounting, project forecasting incl EVM procedure to increase efficiency
? Approver of strategic investments, purchase orders, budget requests and salary structure of the company.
? Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications
? Bachelor’s / master’s degree in finance, economics, business management and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
? Leadership, Change and Organizational renewal experience.
? Experience in U.S. Government contracting.
? Program finance cost control experience.
? Knowledge of financial planning and analysis of business procedures.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (is a must) and strong skills with Microsoft Office applications.
? Familiarity with reporting, business Intelligence tools, database/warehouse skills and analysis tools.
? Hands-on experience with Deltek, Cobra.
? Experience with SAP is a plus.
? Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize, being able to work under pressure and deal with deadlines.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, and dynamic team environment.
? Strong desire to process, tooling improvement.
