Key Tasks
? Assist with the development, implementation, and surveillance of Earned value management systems (EVMS) to ensure compliance with applicable policies and provide the Program with reliable cost data
? Provide support to create the Baseline Budget for the program in collaboration with the PM
? Conduct monthly/quarterly analysis on all Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR)
? Coordinate with the cross-functional team members in case of budget variances and collaborate as interface to the PM and other project stakeholders
? Support the PM with risk assessment on the program
? Provide analytical support for program controls and reporting, financial execution and budgets
? Responsible for reconciling, reviewing, and keeping accurate the financial and accounting data on the program
? Identify trends and developments, report them to management, conduct analyses as needed to support operational decision making and improve performance on the project
? Analyze and interpret project data for use in management reviews and decisions
? Develop and enhance the EVM reporting tools and procedures to track performance and incurred project costs
? WBS management for the program
? Invoicing for the program

Key Qualifications
? Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field and/or equivalent experience
? 8-10+ years of relevant experience
? Experience with U.S. Government Contracting in financial area (Financial Analysis) and / or program management
? Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, tooling, EVMS Metrics and reporting is required
? Primavera and Deltek Cobra experience is a plus
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (is a must) and strong skills with Microsoft Office applications
? Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools (SQL, Excel, SAP, BI tool, similar)
? Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize, being able to work under pressure and deal with deadlines
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment.
