• Image and set up laptops for new hires 

• Check printers, replace toner, and help troubleshoot basic issues 

• Help with meeting room setup and fix common A/V or connectivity problems 

• Provide basic IT support to employees (hardware, software, and general troubleshooting) 

• Set up desks, including unboxing and connecting monitors, docks, and peripherals 

• Keep track of IT equipment and supplies (inventory system ITSM)

• Assist with on-premises physical security system 

• Help with any general IT tasks as they come up 

• Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent experience with 3 years direct related experience.

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft products (WIN7, XP, Windows Sever 2003, MS Office), PC hardware and other electronic equipment (printer, scanner, network)

• Knowledge and experience of customer service practices

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Ability to learn new skills quickly

• Problem analysis and problem solving

• Social skills (dealing with internal/external customers)
