Key Tasks
? Actively investigate DMSMS of multiple products from different vendors and produce internal DMSMS Reports on a scheduled basis
? Proactively reach out to multiple OEMs to determine Life Cycle dates and determine potential Last Time Buys
? Produce system specific DMSMS reports for submission to Customers
? Participate in Customer meetings as the Subject Matter Expert in DMSMS related matters
? Perform failure analysis and predictions and make recommendations on Depot spares holdings required to meet system sustainability dates
? Generate and present regular Failure Summary & Analysis Reports
? Conduct GFE/CFE audits and present GFE/CFE Reports to the Customer
? Assist in the generation of ILS related documentation and CDRLs in accordance with defined DIDs
? Support Life Cycle Support Manager in ILS activities
? Assist in activities relating to Technical Configuration Management including:
o Part number creation and definition
o Sub-Assemby BOM managenent and version control
o Related data entry into the Frequentis ERP system (SAP and RATS)

Key Qualifications
? Degree in related field (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years relevant experience
? Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
? In depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
? Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the Company’s success
? Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
? Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work concurrently on multiple tasks and projects
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Good organizational and time management skills
? Ability to work independently and communicate progress/problems to appropriate personnel effectively.
? Hands on experience with SAP and MS Access databases is highly beneficial
