Operations Lifecycle Support Specialist
- Actively investigate DMSMS of multiple products from different vendors and produce internal DMSMS Reports on a scheduled basis
- Proactively reach out to multiple OEMs to determine Life Cycle dates and determine potential Last Time Buys
- Produce system specific DMSMS reports for submission to Customers
- Participate in Customer meetings as the Subject Matter Expert in DMSMS related matters
- Perform failure analysis and predictions and make recommendations on Depot spares holdings required to meet system sustainability dates
- Generate and present regular Failure Summary & Analysis Reports
- Conduct GFE/CFE audits and present GFE/CFE Reports to the Customer
- Assist in the generation of ILS related documentation and CDRLs in accordance with defined DIDs
- Support Life Cycle Support Manager in ILS activities
- Assist in activities relating to Technical Configuration Management including:
- Part number creation and definition
- Sub-Assembly BOM managements and version control
- Related data entry into the Frequentis ERP system (SAP and RATS)
- Assist the Document Configuration Manager with document control processes during times of high workload and to cover during staff absences
- Degree in related field or at least 5 years relevant experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy

- Ability to work concurrently on multiple tasks and projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and communicate progress/problems to appropriate personnel effectively.
- In depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Hands on experience with SAP and MS Access databases is highly beneficial
- Must be authorized to work in United States and obtain clearances to work on government sites.
