? Plan, execute, monitor, and control all production work for the implementation of major Government contracts. Production activities include full piece part manufacturing of complex proprietary electronic equipment, system integration and assembly into customized rack sub-assemblies, formal Production Functional Testing, and safe and timely delivery to sites

? Provide accurate and timely reports to internal upper management regarding the progress, risks and challenges on an on-going basis

? Be the single point of contact for all areas within this area of responsibility to the Government Contracting Office

? Prepare, support and participate in meetings, reviews and working groups with the Government customer to ensure complete success of the program implementation

? Perform on-going risk management assessment to ensure potential problems are identified and fully mitigated prior to any negative impacts

? Develop and manage a detailed production and delivery schedule

? Have sufficient technical and production experience to gain an in-depth familiarity with the technical aspects of the programs to ensure risks and impacts are fully understood and mitigated

? Work closely with other internal managers to ensure the complete logistics processes of production and delivery are performed accurately and in accordance with program schedules

? Ensure all activities related to production and delivery are performed in accordance with applicable quality standards

? Manage and monitor the implementation of subcontracts with key manufacturing partners ensuring full compliance to all requirements, on-time delivery, forward planning, and problem resolution

? Manage external freight contractors to ensure safe and timely delivery of hardware in accordance with program schedule

? ME/MS with 10+ years of experience or BS with 15+ years of experience

? Demonstrated experience in production and program management

? High levels of proficiency in all standard software applications including MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access

? Proven ability to manage and schedule complex programs

? Proven ability of risk management and risk avoidance
