Key Tasks
? Coordinating the preparation of internal and external reports through gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and information from multiple functional areas.
? Preparing monthly variance reports including explanations of overruns and underruns.
? Evaluating and monitoring performance to ensure that program is on track to achieve established milestones.
? Participate in and lead peer review of customer deliverables to ensure quality and completeness.
? Providing support to program functional areas by gathering and analyzing data related to the establishment and/or maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies.
? Supporting the Project Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects from conceptual development through implementation
? Preparing budget status reports, cost forecast reports, and other management reports
? Conducting and coordinating studies and analyses of resource allocation and financial program evaluation reviews
? Develop, monitor, and analyze program schedules including incorporating schedule best practices, critical path analysis, resource planning, and risk integration.

Key Qualifications
? Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent experience with 4 years direct related experience.
? Ability to write clearly and informatively; editing work for spelling and grammar. Ability to vary writing style to meet needs, and ability to read and interpret written information.
? Knowledge of basic Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, etc.)
? Ability to work concurrently on multiple tasks and projects,
? Knowledge and/or experience in DOD, FAA and NASA hardware manufacturing preferred.
? Experience with Earned Value Management System a plus.
