Key Tasks
? Directing and performing project controlling, forecasting and yearly budgeting in a U.S. Government Contracting environment for assigned projects.
? Collaborate with the PM in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
? Assist with implementing project control to establish, monitor and report key financial milestones and deliverables, as well as improve effectiveness and efficiency.
? Creating and monitoring project plans monthly with actuals and updated forecasts to manage estimate to complete (ETC) and estimate at complete (EAC)
? Responsible for reconciling, reviewing, and keeping accurate the financial and accounting data for assigned programs to improve the data quality and transparency on the projects and support smooth financial procedures.
? Compiling monthly reports and analysis on project progress and financials.
? Assist with Identifying risks and implementing corrective actions. Monitoring and discussing with PM team corrective actions.
? Collaborating with PM team and stakeholders on staffing, project changes to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
? Supporting project teams in resource management and allocation.
? Participating in project meetings and contributing to decision-making processes.
? Monitoring, planning, forecasting program cash flows.
? Identify trends and developments, report them to PM team and management, conduct analyses as needed to support operational decision making and improve profitability.
? Analyze and interpret financial data for use in management reviews and decisions.
? Creates financial models based on analyzes to support organizational decision making.
? Develop and enhance financial reporting tools and procedures to track revenue performance and incurred project costs monthly & increase efficiency.
? Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.

Key Qualifications
? Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field and/or equivalent experience
? 8-10 years of relevant experience
? Experience in the U.S. Government Contracting and preferably in Technology (Project Business) Environment
? Program Finance Cost Control experience preferred
? Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis of business procedures
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (is a must) and strong skills with Microsoft Office applications
? Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their application to the program including EVMS Metrics and reporting is a plus
? Familiarity with reporting, business Intelligence tooling, database/ warehouse skills and analysis tools (SQL, Excel, SAP, Deltek, Cobra or similar)
? Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize, being able to work under pressure and deal with deadlines
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment.
? Strong desire to process, tooling improvement
