o Implement EVM principles to assess project performance.
o Calculate and analyze key EVM metrics, including:
? Planned Value (PV): The authorized budget for planned work.
? Earned Value (EV): The value of completed work.
? Actual Cost (AC): The actual cost incurred.
? Cost Performance Index (CPI): EV divided by AC.
? Schedule Performance Index (SPI): EV divided by PV.
