Key Tasks
• Manage and maintain the master training calendar for the Training Academy
• Schedule training sessions, ensuring optimal use of facilities, instructors, and resources
• Coordinate availability of instructors, classrooms, equipment, and participants
• Adjust schedules as needed and communicate updates promptly to all stakeholders
• Coordinate logistics for in-person training sessions
• Ensure training rooms are appropriately set up, including technology and materials
• Order and manage training supplies and resources
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Training team
• Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries
• Communicate training schedules, confirmations, and reminders to participants
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on training needs
• Provide guidance and assistance in training reception area including welcoming on-site visitors and directing appropriate personnel or answer basic questions pertaining to company
• Monitors on-site visitor access, maintains visitor sign-in and sign out log and issues visitor badges
• Maintains temporary ID access badge sign-in and sign out log
• Provides WIFI access accounts for Visitors
• Receives, sorts, and routes office mail
• Answer incoming phone calls, provide basic company information, guidance and assistance, and directs to appropriate personnel

Key Qualifications
• High school diploma (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience managing schedules and calendars in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range: $40,000 to $52,000
