Finance Manager based in Turin (f/m/d)

Job Introduction
Regola is a member of the Frequentis group since January 2022. Backed by an experience of 25+ years, Regola operates as an international technology supplier and has the privilege of supporting its long-term partners and end-customers in 3 continents (North America, Europe, Australia). We specialize in mission-critical platforms and software-level system integration for Emergency Response Organizations and Public Safety Authorities.

This role combines the best of both worlds - on the one hand you will participate in the complex and highly professional environment of an international company, on the other hand you can count on the friendly atmosphere of a small family-owned business, set locally in Turin/Italy. We will set you on track for a successful management career through extensive training and mentoring with the Headquarters in Vienna.

Key Tasks
• In the beginning you will support the respective finance areas in their day-to-day operations and will be actively involved in corporate projects - the goal is to take over full responsibility for all Finance-related tasks 
• You report to the Regola CEO and pro-actively support the local management 
• You are THE go-to person for all financial matters for Regola and interact with relevant counterparts in the Frequentis group
• You create analysis and support the preparation of decision-relevant documents for the top management
• In the first 4-6 months extended business trips to our HQ in Vienna for training/networking purposes (after that business trips to Vienna ca 4x/year)


Key Qualifications
• Degree in business administration with a focus on finance & controlling
• Min. 5 years relevant working experience in a finance position (controlling or similar), in an IT, industry or technology environment, desirably in an international environment
• Great passion for financial figures paired with a strong, analytical understanding to quickly grasp correlations 
• High IT affinity and very good MS Excel- and MS PowerPoint skills - experience in dealing with SAP (FI/CO, BW,..) is an advantage
• Precise and independent working style paired with extraordinary communication and organizational skills
• Fluent Italian and English skills for working in an international environment - any additional language, especially German, is a plus
