Job Introduction

Regola designs, manufacturs and maintains software products for Emergency Response Organizations and Public Safety Authorities. We are a family-owned company based in Turin and have been successfully active in the market for over 25 years. As Finance and Controlling expert (f/m/d) you will be responsible for all finance topics within Regola. This includes hands-on as well as strategic tasks. You will be part of our local management team and report directly to the CEO.

Key Tasks

You are responsible for controlling and finance within Regola - this includes the hands-on as well as the strategic level of all topics
You build a network with Finance experts at the Frequentis Headquarters in Vienna via close virtual collaboration and occasional business trips
You are a vital part of our management team and therefore part of key business decisions and pro-actively offer ideas/solutions
As Regola grows you take charge of growing our company's finance and business expertise even further (i.e. supporting local management, identifying external partners, someday building up additional resources)
You are willing to spend extensive time in Vienna during your first few months for training and networking purposes

Key Qualifications

You have a degree in business administration and at least 5 years relevant working experience in an IT, industry or technology environment (desirably in an international environment)
You have a strong, analytical understanding, quickly grasp correlations and you are able to present your own solutions convincingly
You have a high IT affinity and very good MS Excel- and MS PowerPoint skills (experience in dealing with SAP is an advantage)
Precise and independent working style paired with extraordinary communication and organizational skills determine your way of working
You have fluent Italian and English skills for working in an international environment (German is a plus)
