Full Stack .NET Developer and Scrum Master

Job Introduction

The Frequentis Group is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. These ‘Control Centre Solutions’ are developed and distributed by Frequentis in the business segments Air Traffic Management (civil and military air traffic control, aeronautical information management, air defence) and Public Safety & Transport (police, fire and rescue services, emergency medical services, vessel traffic and railways). As part of our team, you will actively develop products in an international environment, where experienced people will help you further develop your skills and advance in your career.

As a SCRUM master you are responsible to plan the daily work and tasks with your team for the next sprint. The team covers all tasks to turn a feature idea into a product feature fit for operational service. This includes architectural decisions, manuals, software updates, requirement engineering, test automation and collaboration with other teams.

You are part of a self-organized team and strive to improve the team performance, the product, the processes and yourself.

Key Tasks

Software development responsibilities:

Full-stack development of internal service application

Front-end development (Angular, Angular JS, ReactJS)
Back-end development (.NET Core, .NET 4.x.x)
DB modelling

Life-cycle management of internal developed applications
Performing ongoing refactoring of code
Manual testing during the development

Scrum Master responsibilities:

Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, retrospectives, release planning, demos, and other related meetings
Track the team's progress (burn down, velocity, and release forecast) and present reports for the head of development using a standard set of tools.
Support with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition

Key Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of software development experience in .NET Core and .NET framework
Experience with C# development
Experience with SQL DB-Modelling
Experience with Angular, Angular JS and NodeJS
Knowledge and proven experience in managing products using Agile Scrum methodology
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
Very good English knowledge in writing and speaking

Nice to have:

Experience with SharePoint online API
Experience with ReactJS
Knowledge of Azure DevOps
