Key Tasks
  • Expert in the field of E-learning (from the conceptual design,the storyboard to hands on implementation)
  • When making make-or-buy decisions, your expertise provides guidance 
  • In coordination with our trainers, content owners and learning architects, you will drive the digitalisation of our existing training portfolio
  • You will support our departments in the realization of learning content
  • New tools for implementing innovative training methods will be evaluated and implemented by you 
  • On top you will have an interesting job variety by being in charge for our awarded trainee programmes 
Key Qualifications
  • University degree and/or completed training in any of the areas: Personnel and organisational development, business education, media and communication, business informatics 
  • Already gained professional experience in the field of e-learning (creative planning, creating and implementing digital learning content), preferably in a technological company setting
  • Strong knowledge of e-learning tools
  • First experience as a trainer and/or trainer certification is an advantage
  • English language skills and a communicative working style are required
  • Your personality is characterized by your high level of self-initiative, dedication and team spirit
