Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.
Key Tasks
  • Support with the creation of job advertisements 
  • Pre-selecting applicants
  • Communication with candidates 
  • Organization of job interviews 
  • Support with employer branding activities (social media, career events) 
  • Collaboration on hr projects 
Key Qualifications
  • Student in the field of HR management, economics, social sciences, communication or a comparable degree program 
  • Interest in recruitment, recruiting trends and HR processes 
  • Independent way of working 
  • Organizational talent 
  • Strong communication skills - enjoy interacting with people 
  • Knowledge of MS Office 
  • Very good German and English skills

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 30.000 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
