- Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the Frequentis Group policy and local development objectives.
- Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team and develop recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Offer support in the development needs assessment process and implement development measures and training programs.
- Work with the local management team on performance management, organizational design and employee engagement.
- Experience as an HR Manager preferably in an IT company
- Great team player who likes to collaborate on global and local projects
- Service-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of HR systems and processes
- Good understanding of labour law
- Able to combine strategic thinking with a “hands-on” approach
- English skills (both written and spoken)
