• Experience as an HR Manager preferably in an IT company
• Great team player who likes to collaborate on global and local projects 
• Service-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge of HR systems and processes
• Good understanding of labour law
• Able to combine strategic thinking with a “hands-on” approach
• English skills (both written and spoken)
