- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain HR reports, metrics, and trends to support decision-making processes.
- Offer support in preparing the necessary documentation for our internship programs.
- Maintain and update existing intranet pages to ensure content is current and accurate.
- Help develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of employer branding messages.
- Assist in creating engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and the company website.
- Gather and analyze feedback from employees to improve future engagement activities.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Help organize training sessions on workplace safety and health protocols.
- Assist in the implementation of health and safety requirements.
- Update and manage HR databases with employee information and relevant documentation.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- A basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
