- Ensuring the achievement of the contract objectives by managing the sales team
- Development and implementation of the sales strategy and creation of business plans
- Proactive acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers
- Professional and disciplinary leadership, as well as further development of the sales team
- Process and planning tasks as well as reporting to the management of the business unit
- Management and cooperation with the internal interfaces, e.g. Offer, project and product management
- Several years of international sales experience of which at least 3 years leadership experience
- Solid commercial knowledge, ideally in combination with a technical education
- High leadership competence
- Business fluent in English
- Quick comprehension, combined with analytical thinking ability and a result-oriented approach
