IT Administrator – Group EAD

- Install and configure all IT equipment in Frankfurt and Madrid premises
- Organize and ensure a high degree of IT HW availability
- Analyze and, if possible, solve IT SW and HW problems
- Key account contact between GroupEAD and other IT related contractors
- Organise the development and maintenance of GroupEAD web page and coordinate with platform provider
- Develop, implement and maintain IT SW as long as not updated by the respective service provider
- Plan IT development in HW and SW used at GroupEAD including the provision of all relevant information for other planning processes (e.g. budget and financial planning, scheduling etc.)
- Completed degree in a technical, scientific subject (e.g. computer science)
- First specific professional experience in the operation of modern heterogeneous system landscapes would be an advantage
- Good IT, communication, and teaming skills
- Excellent command of English in speech and writing (minimum B2), the knowledge of another European language (preferable German) would be an advantage
- Good understanding of IT Quality Management or IT Safety Management principles
- Experience and skills in writing of IT specifications, IT professional instructions, drafting notes, working papers and reports in English would be an advantage
- Knowledge Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Microsoft SQL, HTML / CSS
- Knowledge in Javascript, “.NET” application and programming
- Knowledge in Network administration
- Ability to talk to audience or customers (decision maker level and expert level)
- Experience in cloud computing will be an advantage
- Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural team
- Ability and willingness to travel.
