- Create job descriptions and manage the job announcements on all our channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Career Portal)
- Perform an active search to identify suitable candidates according to the job descriptions
- Screen and select relevant profiles
- Conduct initial interviews with the candidates
- Schedule technical interviews
- Maintain contact with various stakeholders (e.g. hiring managers, recruitment agencies)
- Manage recruitment administration processes and applicants’ database
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various programmes (e.g. internship, trainee, bachelor degree, Erasmus programme)
- Promote the company at job fairs and IT events
- Proven previous 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Good command of MS Office and ability to learn to manage additional software applications (e.g. Applicant Tracking System, MS Visio)
- High level of resilience and ability to accepting the setbacks while refocusing on tasks at hand
- Excellent speaking and writing English skills
