Job Introduction

Key Tasks
  • Planning and creation of system infrastructure and configuration, as well as corresponding documentation 
  • Integration of hardware/software modules and third-party components into our systems 
  • Development of test cases and verification of the functionality and compatibility of these components and modules 
  • Analysis of system requirements and design documents to avoid potential integration problems or conflicts 
  • Documentation of test results, identified problems, and solutions in Jira/Jama/Confluence 
  • Participation in reviews and feedback to improve quality, maintainability, and test coverage 
  • Research and implementation of best practices and new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness 
  • As part of a key account team, you will also support colleagues from other teams with your expertise
Key Qualifications
  • Education with a focus on computer science and network technology 
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in service, system integration, or test engineering 
  • Know-how in Linux (Red Hat), embedded systems, server/virtualization environments (e.g., KVM Proxmox, VMware), network technology (VoIP - TCP/IP, SIP, HTTP, …), Postgres, Jenkins/Grovy, GIT/SVN, JIRA, Wireshark, Telecommunicationsstandards (z.B. E1/T1)
  • Nice-To-Have-Technology:
    • Containertechnologien (z.B. Docker)
    • JAMA
    • Ansible
    • Kamaillio
    • Programming (z.B. Java, Phyton, Bash/Shell Script, …)
  • Solid infrastructure knowledge 
  • Personal responsibility, hands-on mentality, and organizational skills 
  • Experience in incident, problem, and change management 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customers of German Air Traffic Control (DE) 
  • Very good German and English skills

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 42,600 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
