- Analysing and commenting on the contractual aspects of customer enquiries and calls for tender
- Supporting Procurement department re. the purchase of equipment for projects
- Legally advising and supporting the project managers of major projects during the entire project duration
- Helping to define the tender and project strategy from the legal perspective
- Independent reviewing, drafting and processing of existing and new (IT) contracts and framework agreements, and subsequently leading negotiations with our customers and partners worldwide
- Creating and carrying out training courses in the field of IT and contract law
- Processing legal issues and developing appropriate proposals for solutions.
- Qualified lawyer or commercial lawyer (Diploma/LL.M.) with professional competence, distinctive economic and solution-oriented thinking and the ability to grasp new ideas quickly
- Very good knowledge of national and international contract law
- At least 5 years of professional experience as in-house lawyer in a technology- and project-oriented, international environment or lawyer in the field of IT/ public procurement/ commercial law
- Self-assertive manner and good communication and negotiation skills
- Profound knowledge of designing and analysing contracts, and of negotiating project and IT contracts with enterprises and public institutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Every other foreign language, especially Spanish is of great advantage
