Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 500 customers with 30.000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.
Key Tasks
• As an important member of an international Team you administrate, install and operate our Linux servers, but you are also responsible for error detection and analysis for various applications for supporting the development process 
• Some DevOps activities are also your responsibility, such as continuous integration or the optimization of central build environments 
• As a Linux system engineer, you ensure the smooth operation and an efficient virtual server infrastructure 
• You will also be responsible for the execution of internal projects, such as the introduction of new company-wide tools
Key Qualifications
• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience 
• Support of Linux server is a great passion of yours and you are interested in software development
• Deeper knowledge with scripting languages as well as web servers (Apache, Nginx), Java Application Server (Apache Tomcat, Jetty) and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL 
• Team spirit is important for you and your German and English language skills are very good
