Regional Sales Manager Middle East (all genders)
- You are responsible for the order intake by selling our OneATM portfolio to customers in GCC and additional countries in north Africa
- You proactively coordinate all regional sales activities, your focus is on the development of existing major accounts, in KSA, Qatar and UAE
- You actively manage customer needs to fit the product & solution portfolio of Frequentis and create upselling opportunities by a close relationship management to understand about the problem areas of the customer
- You work closely with the product & solution specialists of our OneATM business units in Vienna, Austria and other subsidiaries around the global to provide feedback from the market
- You design and implement a strategic sales and accounts plans that expands the business per account a well as the customer base
- You build and maintain client relations to decision makers and identify the influencers to a project to maximise the winning probability
- In addition, you will build and maintain relationships to local media platforms and work close with our PR team to position and market Frequentis One ATM portfolio
- Successfully completed electrical engineering, technical or IT education on a higher level
- 3 – 5 years of experience in sales within the broader area of Air Traffic and Airport Management domain, preferably in the Middle East
- Knowledge of the buying behaviour and decision-making process within the customer organizations
- Knowledge of the regional Prime contractor ecosystem in the industry and understanding of maintaining a strong partner network to ensure the right Go-To market approach
- Distinctive customer service orientation and strong relationship management skills within an intercultural environment
- Business understanding and consulting competence for customer solutions and customer operations coupled with ability of strategic thinking
- Business fluent in English, German or Arabic desirable in addition
