Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 500 customers with 30.000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

In this role you are the important interface between customer, sales, product and engineering when it comes to our  information solutions. Your main tasks are: designing the technical solution for the realization of the customer requirements, responsibility and control of the project's technology, coordination of the customer, external partners and internal colleagues.

Key Tasks
  • Technical overview of individual projects ("keeping an eye on the big picture") (requirements, resources)
  • First contact person and interface in technical matters for the customer, software engineers and other internal departments
  • Ensure that technical customer requirements are met 
  • Design/ architecture of a system solution including feasibility study
  • Collaboration with the project manager (he is responsible for the financial part and the realization of milestones)
  • Final acceptance of the solution together with the customer
Key Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in an interface function between customer and software engineering in the SW/IT business (e.g. as engineer, technical solution manager, technical project manager, system architect) 
  • Good generalistic IT know-how (servers, databases, virtualization) 
  • Pleasure in finding solutions in coordination with the customer and internal departments
  • Extroverted and structured personality with a confident and representative appearance
  • Readiness to travel: maximum of 10-15% per year, Rumanian languages skills are a plus
