Job Introduction

The Frequentis Group is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. These ‘Control Centre Solutions’ are developed and distributed by Frequentis in the business segments Air Traffic Management (civil and military air traffic control, aeronautical information management, air defence) and Public Safety & Transport (police, fire and rescue services, emergency medical services, vessel traffic and railways). With headquarters in Vienna, the company employs more than 2200 people worldwide, with subsidiaries, regional offices and representatives in over 50 countries.

In Cluj we started in 2009 and our local team currently has 150+ colleagues and is growing.

We are looking for passionate fresh graduates willing to solve air traffic management and public safety technical challenges.

You will join our team as a Junior Software Developer, Junior Test Automation Engineer, or Junior DevOps Engineer, and you will have an individual labor contract for an unlimited period, since day one. You will spend the first 3 months participating in technical trainings and developing a safety-critical application with your peers and tutors. You will be working with the team with whom you will continue your journey for the next 2 months.

You should expect to take an online technical test at the end of March, and by the end of April, you should have our offer and make a decision.

Key Qualifications

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree Programme
Your specialization is in Computer Science, Automation and Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent
You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
You are eager to work in safety-critical domains
