Frequentis Canada is offering you the chance to participate in our project management trainee program starting in early September 2024. The 10-month training is based in Vienna with an exciting job rotation, collaboration with experienced mentors, diverse networking and a comprehensive training program will prepare you for the challenging task of a Frequentis project manager in a safety-critical environment. 

The position is open to Canadian Citizens and Canadian Permanent Residents. After completion of the trainee program, the permanent position is based in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.

• Active participation in various project teams and collaboration with mentors. 

• Development of project management know-how, which includes Frequentis-specific content as well as general knowledge of PM methods 

• Successful handling of international customer projects with time and quality responsibility 

• Collaboration and leadership of project teams 

• Responsibility for the project budget and ongoing project controlling 

• Building a fundamental understanding of our products as well as our customers and markets

• Business or technical Bachelor’s University degree 

• 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in project management or with management tasks 

• Entrepreneurial, analytical thinking and hands-on mentality 

• Distinct social skills (ability to communicate, work in a team & professional appearance) 

• Convincing and customer-oriented communication in English and French 

• Affinity for new technologies, joy of learning

• Project management certification is an advantage
