Job Introduction

Frequentis AG with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, 500 customers with 25.000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

We offer you the chance to participate in our project management trainee program at the beginning of June 2019. The 9-month training with an exciting on-the-job training, support by experienced mentors and a multi-faceted training program will prepare you comprehensively for the challenging task of a Frequentis project manager.

Key Tasks

Active participation in the projects and support of mentors during job rotations in various project areas
Development of project management know-how that includes Frequentis-specific content as well as general knowledge of PM methods
Make use of Frequentis processes & tools
Learn a basic understanding of our systems, customers and markets.

Key Qualifications

Completed technical or commercial training at academic level, ideally with an IT focus
1-2 years professional experience in project management or project processes (ideal: IT or SW projects)
Analytical thinking skills and a good comprehension of technical contexts (telecommunications/IT)
Strong social skills (communication skills, customer orientation & professional working style)
Very good knowledge of English, other languages are an advantage
Project management certification is a plus
