Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.
Key Tasks
  • Ensuring the quality of materials, products, and processes in production 
  • Conducting error analyses and, if necessary, initiating complaints 
  • Project work: 
    • Ensuring compliance with production-relevant deadlines
    • Assisting in the introduction of new production processes in production 
  • Creating and maintaining work and inspection instructions 
  • Accompanying changes in materials or products 
  • Participating in customer and system audits (ISO9001) 
  • Contributing to the development of business processes and continuous improvement
Key Qualifications
  • Technical education (HTL, FH, TU) 
  • At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance in production, ideally EMS 
  • Experience with development projects and their transfer to production 
  • Experience with CAD and ERP systems 
  • Strong customer understanding and confident demeanor combined with independent action and high commitment 
  • Analytical thinking and good understanding of technical correlations (production <-> development) 
  • Strong social competence and solution-oriented approach to challenges in the team and with customers
  • Fluent in German and English

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 50,438 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
